You can take in any old pants to JCPenney and they will “give them a good home at Goodwill Industries“.  Then you can purchase a pair of Haggar casual pants for only $19.99 or dress slacks for $19.99 – $29.99 at participating JC Penney. Call ahead to make sure your store is participating.
