I recently had the opportunity to try the new Eggo Real Fruit Pizzas! Mom Central sent me 2 Eggo Real Fruit Pizzas – 1 Strawberry Granola and 1 Mixed Berry Granola.
Eggo Real Fruit Pizzas are an all-in- one combination of fruit and warm toasted granola on an oven-baked cinnamon and maple flavored crust.
So, I tested these 2 pizzas out on my 12 13 yr old – he had a birthday 3 days ago. These pizzas cook up in 1 minute in the microwave, which makes them of course very fast breakfast items for school days. Also, they have real fruit on them making them a great choice for breakfast as well.
They have been available since June in the freezer section and come 1 to a box.
I like the fact that they have real fruit, and that they are fast and easy for kids to make themselves.
Now, for the real test:
Me: What did you like about them?
Son: The fact that they taste sweet and you can taste the fruit
Me: What was your favorite thing about them?
Son: I liked the way the Mixed Berry tasted, it was kind of sour.
Me: Would you like me get them again?
Son: Yes.
Me: Why?
Son: Cause they’re good.
So, there you have it! They even passed the picky teen test!
I would buy them, the fruit and granola would be a good choice and they are fast and easy and from Kellogg’s a trusted brand.
