So we just take the little printed list thing and thats how we get the free stuff. cuz there is no coupon for any of the free stuff
kayla » All of the FREE items either have a printable coupon you can get by clicking the pink link underlining the coupon, or they are found in Sunday newspaper inserts the week indicated.
For example:

On that one on the list just click the words: $1/1 A&D Product, any rolling.
For this one:

so if dollar tree only takes two printable coupons per household per day what do you do just use the ones from the papers and two of the printables.
rachel bedrock » Yes, that is what you have to do. I have in the past at other stores, when needed, stoppped in to grab specific things I want or need when I had a car full of the kids friends and just lined them up at the register and gave them each coupons to use! lol
It is a dumb rule, but, what can you do?

Dian, I am laughing so hard…. I have had my three sons be “a customer for a day” ~ ha, ha so many times that I forget….. and now their children (my Grandchildren) are the customers of the day. I must say that my Grandchildren are better customers than their fathers, as they hold their coupons in their hands… and of course, while they hold their desired purchases too! Have a great day Dian!

I didn’t find the “Betty Crocker Cookie Mix Pouch 17 oz” in my store :/ . they only carry 7 oz bags and the coupons are for 14 oz
. Could this have been a mistake on your list or is it a regional thing?
Will » It’s probably regional. The coupons are for 14+ oz. which means 14 ounces or larger. My store carries the 17.5 oz pouches.

I just read their coupon policy. They will not do coupons for free items unless you purchase something first as in b1g1. Says it right in their policy.

Coupons for free items are only accepted if a purchase is required to get one free (for example, Buy One Get One Free offers).
That means if you have a coupon that says FREE on it. This is not talking about a $1 coupon that would result in a product being FREE. As the policy also states:
We accept coupons for over a dollar on a single item. The coupon value will be reduced to the purchase price of the item.
And as we know the price of the item is $1, so that would result in FREE items.
