Family Dollar Ad Matching Policy!

Two differences I see, as compared to Walmart’s Ad Match Policy, is that you can’t ad match online pricing and you can’t ad match from your mobile device. If you want to ad match at family Dollar, you have to bring the ad in with you, no photocopies or mobile versions will be accepted.
Here’s the Ad Matching Policy for Family Dollar… it does make me wonder if more stores will now be adding the same:
We will match:
Any local competitor’s advertised price. The Competitors’ ads must feature
a specific item for a specified price during the specified time of
We require the customers to have the ad with them (photo copies and
mobile ads are not allowed and will not be accepted) to honor a

“Going out of business” sales or “closeout” price Items that require a
separate purchase to get the ad price.
Example: “Buy [item A] to get [item B] for $C”
Items with no actual price that require a purchase to get free product:
Example: “Buy both [items A & B] to get [item C] for free”
Items that require a purchase to get a competitors’ gift card.
Example: “Buy [item A] to get a $B gift card”
Buy One, Get One free (BOGO) ads with no actual price given
Going out of business or closeout prices
Percentage off example: “All Toys, 40% off”
Competitors’ private label price promotions
Contract cell phone plans and devices
