No Mother’s Day brunch is complete without a good cocktail/mocktail, right? Or any fun gathering or holiday for that matter :)!
Jordan’s Skinny Mixes sent me a few good cocktail ideas to share with you!

Skinny Berry Apple Cooler
INGREDIENTS
- 4 oz Jordan’s Skinny Mixes Appletini
- 1.25 oz Berry Flavored Vodka
- 4-6 Blueberries
- 2 oz Club Soda
- Mint Garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Stir all ingredients together with ice. Garnish with a mint leaf.
Pomegranate Mimosa
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 tablespoons of Pomegranate Skinny Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons of Orange Juice
- 1/2 Cup of Champagne
INSTRUCTIONS
Add 1/2 tablespoons of Pomegranate Skinny Syrup, 2 tablespoons of orange juice and 1/2 cup of champagne to a chilled champagne flute. Cheers!
Skinny Fresh Strawberry Mojito
INGREDIENTS
- 4 oz. Jordan’s Skinny Mojito Mix
- 1.5 oz. Strawberry Rum
- Splash Club Soda
- Fresh Strawberries
- Fresh Mint
- Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
In a tall cocktail glass, muddle strawberries and mint. Fill with ice. Add 4 oz Skinny Mojito Mix, 1.5 oz strawberry rum and a splash of club soda. Stir and enjoy!
These are wonderful and can be a great addition to any celebration!
